How verification data moves.

This overview describes current technical behavior. It is not an executed data processing agreement.

Customer instructions

Customers choose the files and email addresses submitted for verification. WorldsContact processes that data to analyze the file, run verification checks, display results, and provide an export.

Processing locations

The central application stores account, job, credit, and audit records on its managed hosting server. Private job files remain outside public web paths. Recipient checks are performed by a separately authenticated verification node.

Security controls

HTTPS protects browser and node traffic. Passwords and node secrets are stored as hashes. Account ownership is enforced on job and download queries. Remote claims use leases and result submissions are idempotent.

Customer responsibilities

Customers determine their lawful basis, notices, retention needs, and recipient rights process. Legal entity details, governing law, and any executed DPA require business confirmation.
