Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and API keys, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be legally able to enter this agreement.
Understand the limits of a result
Verification reflects the evidence available at the time of the check. A receiving server may accept an address, temporarily refuse a request, or provide an inconclusive response. Use the category and reason together when making a decision.
Credits and pricing
Review your upload’s estimated credit requirement before starting a job. Credit availability and transactions are shown in your account. Any published packages on this website come from the application’s active package records.
Use data responsibly
Verify only data you are authorized to process. Email verification does not establish consent, remove your obligations to recipients, or authorize unsolicited messaging.
Availability and changes
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure, or other operational reasons. No uptime commitment applies unless separately signed in writing.
Customer data and privacy
You retain responsibility for submitted data and grant the limited permission needed to process it for the service. The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Overview describe current handling.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to address security, abuse, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. Data handling after termination follows the current retention policy and applicable law.
Warranties and liability
The service and its evidence are provided without a guarantee that an address will accept or receive future mail. Any legally enforceable warranty disclaimers, liability cap, indemnity, governing law, and consumer terms must be approved for the operator’s jurisdiction before paid commercial launch.
