The Business trial is intentionally reserved for genuine company registrations. It activates only after the original registration address is verified.

Create a new account with an email on your organisation's own domain.
Verify the same address
Open the secure link sent to that registration email. Changing to a business email later does not create eligibility.
Benefit activates automatically
Business access and 15,000 promotional trial credits remain available for 30 days. Unused trial credits expire with the trial.
One benefit per eligible account
Free, disposable, temporary, reserved and personal mailbox domains do not qualify. Abuse or duplicate accounts may be refused.

Do I need a card for the free account or Business trial?+
No. The Free plan and eligible 30-day Business trial do not require a payment card. The trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription unless you actively purchase a plan.
Which email addresses qualify for the Business trial?+
A qualifying address must use a genuine organisation-controlled domain and must be the email used at registration. Consumer providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, plus disposable, temporary and reserved domains, receive the Free plan instead.
Can the Business trial be claimed more than once?+
No. It is a one-time promotional benefit. We may refuse or reverse benefits associated with duplicate, automated, misleading or abusive registrations.
What happens after 30 days?+
Business trial access ends, unused promotional trial credits expire and the account returns to the Free plan unless a paid plan has been selected. The original 500 opening credits remain subject to the general credit policy.
Can I get a monetary refund after purchase?+
Paid plans and credit purchases are final and non-refundable once activated or used, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal rights, duplicate charges, verified billing errors and complete failure to provision remain covered by the Credit & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?+
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Used or partially used periods are not prorated unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
