This policy forms part of the Terms. Customers must also ensure their users, contractors, integrations and campaigns comply with it.
1. Lawful business use only
You may use WorldsContact only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with privacy, electronic communications, marketing, consumer protection, intellectual property, export, sanctions and computer-misuse laws that apply to you and your audience.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, scams, malware distribution or credential theft.
- Spam, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation or repeated contact after objection.
- False or misleading sender information, subject lines, affiliation or offers.
- Bypassing authentication, rate limits, robots restrictions, technical controls or third-party contractual access controls.
- Testing or scanning systems without permission; interfering with availability; or introducing harmful code.
- Using disposable accounts, domain rotation or other methods to evade enforcement or suppression.
- Reselling raw access, bulk-exporting the service’s data layer, or building a competing contact database without written permission.
- Infringing privacy, publicity, confidentiality, intellectual-property or database rights.
3. Restricted data and decisions
Do not submit or derive passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card data, bank credentials, government identifiers, medical records, precise location, children’s data or special-category data unless an enterprise agreement expressly permits it. Do not use outputs for unlawful discrimination or as the sole basis for employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education or other high-impact eligibility decisions.
4. Contact discovery and enrichment
You must have a lawful purpose for each search. You may not use profile URLs, names or domains to stalk people, compile sensitive dossiers, infer protected traits or circumvent a platform’s access restrictions. A returned business email does not establish consent or permission to contact.
5. Verification and deliverability
Verification is for legitimate list hygiene and risk reduction. You may not use it to validate credential-stuffing lists, breached data, account enumeration or unlawful databases. You must respect catch-all, unknown and confidence limitations.
6. Campaigns and automation
Campaigns must follow the Anti-Spam Policy. You must use a truthful identity, honour suppression, avoid manipulative content, control frequency and stop automation when a person opts out or clearly objects.
7. Resource and platform integrity
Do not overload the service, create unreasonable concurrent traffic, automate beyond documented interfaces, probe other accounts, misuse credits or interfere with logs and billing. Browser-side processing features must not be used to run unrelated workloads or compromise user devices.
8. Investigation and enforcement
We may investigate credible abuse reports, preserve relevant evidence and restrict affected features or accounts. Depending on severity, action may include warning, rate limitation, content removal, suspension, termination, suppression of destinations, notification to a customer administrator or legally required cooperation with authorities. We will consider context and use proportionate measures where practical.
9. Reporting abuse
Report suspected phishing, spam or platform abuse to abuse@worldscontact.com. Include relevant sender, domain, message headers, timestamps and screenshots, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
