No invented vendor claims. The final production hosting, email-verification, delivery, payment and support providers have not been supplied for this build. This page intentionally does not name vendors until their contracts, locations and data roles are confirmed.
1. What counts as a subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third party engaged by WorldsContact to process customer personal data on our behalf when we act as a processor. A service a customer connects and controls directly may instead be the customer’s independent provider, depending on the integration.
2. Production register requirements
| Service category | Purpose | Information required before activation | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting & database | Run the application and store account data | Legal vendor, location, safeguards, backup region | To be confirmed |
| Email verification | Evaluate domain and mailbox signals | Vendor or operator, request fields, location, retention | Self-hosted/VPS design pending validation |
| Email delivery | Send customer-selected campaigns | Provider, region, message data, event retention | Not connected |
| Payment processing | Process purchases and invoices | Provider, payment roles, locations | Not enabled |
| Support & monitoring | Troubleshoot and secure the service | Provider, telemetry, access and retention | To be confirmed |
3. Vendor review
Before activation, WorldsContact should assess security, privacy terms, access, retention, incident handling, deletion, onward subprocessors and international-transfer mechanisms. Contracts must impose protections appropriate to the customer service and applicable law.
4. Changes and notice
Enterprise customers may subscribe to an agreed change-notification process. The executed DPA will define notice timing and a reasonable objection procedure for substantiated data-protection concerns. If an objection cannot be resolved, the agreement will define the available remedy.
5. International transfers
The register must identify processing countries or regions. Where protected data is transferred internationally, WorldsContact and the relevant customer will document the applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary measures.
6. Questions
Send vendor due-diligence questions or notice-subscription requests to privacy@worldscontact.com.
