1. Identify the right organisation
If your request concerns your WorldsContact account, our website or a sales enquiry sent directly to us, contact WorldsContact. If it concerns an email, list or campaign managed by one of our customers, that customer usually controls the data. Send us enough context to identify the customer and we will route or assist as appropriate.
2. Rights that may apply
Ask whether we process your data and request relevant categories, purposes, sources, recipients or a copy.
Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data, subject to appropriate verification.
Request deletion where no legal, security, suppression or contractual exception requires retention.
Object to direct marketing or certain legitimate-interest processing, or request restriction where available.
Request eligible data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Withdraw consent or appeal a decision where applicable, without affecting prior lawful processing.
3. US state privacy choices
Where a US state law applies, rights may include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories and recipients, opt-out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limits on sensitive-data uses, and non-discrimination. WorldsContact does not knowingly sell account or enquiry personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will honour legally applicable browser-based opt-out signals if practices requiring them are introduced.
4. How to submit
Email privacy@worldscontact.com with the subject “Privacy rights request”. Include your name, country/state, relationship to WorldsContact, the right requested and enough context to locate the data. Do not send a password, government ID or sensitive document in the first email.

We will use proportionate information already associated with the account or interaction. Additional information will be requested only where reasonably necessary to protect against unauthorised disclosure or deletion. If we cannot verify authority, we may limit or deny the request and explain why where law permits.
6. Authorised agents
An authorised agent may submit a request where applicable. We may request evidence of authority and may still verify the individual directly unless law provides otherwise.
7. Timing, exceptions and appeals
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by the applicable law. Complex or numerous requests may qualify for a lawful extension with notice. Some data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting or suppression. Where appeal rights apply, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal” and the reason for review.
8. Complaints
You may have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, state attorney general or privacy regulator. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate promptly.
