Important no-refund term. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paid plans, credit packs, add-ons and renewals are final and non-refundable once the purchased period, feature or credits have been activated, provisioned or used. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the WorldsContact wallet, monthly and annual plans, promotional balances, credit packs, add-ons and contracted volume allocations. It forms part of the Terms of Service. A signed order form may contain additional commercial terms; where it conflicts, the signed order form controls for that purchase.
2. What a credit is
A credit is a limited, revocable unit that permits an eligible service action. It is not money, stored value, a security or property; earns no interest; and cannot be withdrawn, traded, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.
3. Opening and promotional credits
Eligible new accounts receive 500 opening credits. A new account registered and verified with a qualifying organisation-controlled email domain may receive one 30-day Business trial with 15,000 promotional trial credits. Consumer, disposable, temporary and reserved domains do not qualify. Changing the account email later does not create trial eligibility.
Trial benefits are limited to one per eligible account and may also be limited by organisation, domain, person, device, payment identity or promotion. Unused trial credits expire when the 30-day trial ends. Promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
4. How credits are consumed
The product shows the applicable unit or cost before execution. Depending on the workflow, charging may occur per submitted record, unique record, conclusive result, successful lookup, sent message or other displayed unit. The customer is responsible for reviewing the displayed scope before confirming an action.
5. Tool reversals are not monetary refunds
If a workflow expressly promises failure-safe billing, credits reserved for a failed upstream request are restored to the wallet ledger. An inconclusive verification is reversed only where the relevant screen states that protection. These ledger reversals are service adjustments, not cash refunds. A completed action is not refundable merely because it produces no reply, a low commercial return, changed third-party data or a later delivery problem.
6. Final-sale and no-refund rule
Except for the limited cases in section 7, all purchases are final. We do not provide cash refunds, partial refunds, pro-rata refunds or account credits for unused time, unused purchased credits, change of mind, accidental non-duplicate purchase, failure to cancel before renewal, customer configuration, customer inactivity, blocked access caused by policy breach, or dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered result.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal. It does not reverse the current charge. Plan access normally continues through the paid period, subject to suspension rights and applicable terms.
7. Limited exceptions
We will review a monetary correction only where:
- applicable law gives a mandatory, non-waivable cancellation or refund right;
- the same order was charged more than once due to a confirmed duplicate transaction;
- we confirm a billing calculation or payment-processing error attributable to WorldsContact; or
- WorldsContact completely failed to provision the purchased plan or credits and did not cure the failure within a reasonable period after notice.
An approved correction may be made to the original payment method or as required by law. Usage already consumed may be deducted where legally permitted.
8. Renewal and cancellation
Recurring plans renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. The checkout or order form must display the price, currency, billing interval, renewal date, taxes where determinable and cancellation method. A cancellation must be submitted before the renewal is processed to stop that renewal. Bank-processing time and access expiry may vary by payment provider.
9. Expiry and plan changes
Opening-credit expiry, purchased-credit validity and rollover rules are shown with the relevant offer. Business trial credits expire at trial end. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. No price or plan change creates a retroactive refund unless mandatory law requires it.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Contact billing support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate the ledger and payment record. A chargeback does not cancel the underlying account obligations. We may suspend affected services while a dispute is reviewed and may provide the payment provider with relevant order, access and usage evidence.
11. Reporting a billing error
Email billing@worldscontact.com promptly with the account email, invoice or transaction reference, date, amount and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. We may request reasonable proof and review the credit, audit and provider records.
12. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. WorldsContact is intended for business use; however, if mandatory consumer law applies despite that intended use, that law prevails to the required extent.
