PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

Your lists belong
in your workspace.

Effective September 17, 2026. This notice explains the current technical handling of account, job, and verification data. The operator’s legal identity, address, and jurisdiction require business confirmation.

Account information

The application stores the information used to create and manage your account, including your name, email address, and password hash. Security and audit events may record request metadata such as IP addresses and browser information.

Uploaded lists and results

Email lists are processed to produce verification results. Uploaded files and reports are stored outside publicly served file directories. Download requests require authentication and are checked against the owning account.

What verification communicates

Verification queries domain infrastructure and communicates with receiving mail servers to evaluate recipients. Recipient checks do not send message content and never use the SMTP DATA command. Account confirmation and password reset emails are separate application functions.

Web security and cookies

The public website and application use HTTPS. The application uses cookies for authentication and request protection. Authentication cookies remain scoped to the application host rather than being shared across all subdomains.

Purposes and sharing

Data is used to provide accounts, analyze uploads, perform verification, settle credits, prevent abuse, secure the service, and troubleshoot faults. It is shared only with the hosting infrastructure needed to provide those functions or where law requires. The current application has no advertising or customer-analytics integration.

Retention and deletion

Private files for terminal jobs are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Job, result, credit, account, and audit database records remain for service history and accountability until an approved deletion or retention process applies. See the retention details.

Your choices

You may seek access, correction, or deletion subject to applicable law and necessary security, ledger, or legal retention. A monitored privacy mailbox and the operator’s legally required contact details must be confirmed before commercial launch.

The public privacy contact is pending verified business configuration. Do not send personal data to an unverified address.
